Todd gave cheese talks and tastings in the Tasting Theatre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He was joined by Ben Ticehurst, Specialist Cheesemonger and Joe Schneider to compare 5 farmhouse cheeses and 2 supermarket cheeses and talk about the benefits of using unpasteurised milk and animal rennet. They also talked about why there is such difference in flavour between a handmade cheese and a factory produced one.
